20 things that happened in 2008:

1. Heath Ledger died.
2. I turned 16.
3. Became a proper Brit (but still have dual Canadian citizenship).
4. Got properly drunk for the first time.
5. Visited Cardiff.

THE PLAY IS OVER. The final performance was Friday and now it's ooooover. Which is such a relief, I can relax now, and go home after school, and actually have weekends. I will miss rehearsals, though. This is the closest I've ever felt to a cast, everyone was brilliant and we just all sat around having fun.

Since the day-long school play rehearsals started, I have been living in a world of perpetual twilight. I get to school before the sun rises and leave after it sets. While I'm there, they don't let us out of the building and all the windows in the Hall have been blacked-out. I haven't actually been out in sunlight for days - I need Vitamin D! You know what I want? I want a chip in my brain which means that every time I think 'ooh I should talk about that on LJ' it writes a little note for me on my computer that comes up whenever I visit the 'Post an Entry' page.
